Question on going Druid 10 Barb 10

So, I've just gotten my Druid to level 10 on my first life on a new account. He's a bear tank, high con, power attack cleave/ great cleave. I'm looking at TR'ing him at 20 into a wizard, and I was looking at past life options. The Barbarian looks like a very strong option, but I'm not very familiar with the class. Will 10 levels of Barbarian on the melee/tanking druid be okay for finishing the game up to 20? Do Barbs get a decent amount of power in their first 10 levels to compliment the Druid tanking style?

I also have the option of respeccing out Dire Bear to Winter Wolf if that would be superior for barbarian play style. Thanks for anyone who can give me some input.

Druids can cast spells. Barbarian rage prevents you from casting spells.
