    Default Havoc, 12 fighter / 7 druid / 1 rogue

The idea behind this build was to take advantage of the druid level 7 enhancement - Fatal Harrier. it gives a stacking 5% melee haste whenever you kill an opponent, up to 25% haste.
along the way druid also allows for a temporary 40% damage reduction action boost, and for some sneak attack damage from the nature's warrior prestige.

the build will rely heavily on using THF greataxe (for max [W] damage), stunning blow (allowing for a quicker kill when needed) and imp. sunder (-3 to fort saves, basically a +3 DC for stunning blow).

    epic feats
overwhelming crit: +1 to crit multiplier on 19-20 rolls (= greataxe's)

    legendary dreadnaught destiny, notable enhancements:
    +6 tactical feat DC
devestating critical: +1 to crit multiplier on 19-20 rolls (= greataxe's)
headman's chop: +1 to crit multiplier while using greataxes
momentum swing/lay to waste - attacks with +5[W]
master's blitz: stackable +25% to damage after each kill

the entire destiny plays right into this build, but the main point is this destiny brings high damage and adds +25% damage after each kill during master's blitz. coupled with the druid's +5% haste after each kill, you'll get a rampaging axe wielding Juggernaut.

playstyle should be fairly simple, pop a fighter's haste boost & power boost as you jump into combat, sunder stun & cleave your way to a few quick kills, by that time your haste boost would wear off and you should have some druid haste built up, from there on you'll be naturally hasted. keep on sunder stunning & master blitz when possible... a perma-hasted dreadnaught, with plenty of DCs on your combat feats, and x6 weapon crit multiplier, not counting special strikes.

    race, of course, a dwarf.
bonuses to axe attack/damage, bonuses to tactical DCs, and sheer general awesomeness

and so, I've come up with Havoc.

    12 fighter - kensai 2
    7 druid - nature's warrior, fatal harrier
1 rogue - most benefit I could find for the remaining odd level, should complement the sneak attack damage from the druid levels. wish I could squeeze in evasion, but alas, we're a level short.

rogue wasn't taken at level 9 so the skill points could go into maxing out a single skill (UMD) rather than have a few points in many.
a druid level was taken first to allow for wands use asap, followed by fighter levels to allow the use of BAB dependent feats as early as possible.

    conservative stunning blow DC breakdown:
    strength: 21 (base) +2 tome + 3 enhancements + 6 item + 2 exceptional/insight/better tome or item = 34 fairly easy to hit.
temporary strength: +2 ship +8 kensai II power boost = 44 strength, for an easily attainable +17

    +6 legendary dreadnaught
+2 dwarf enhancements (up to +3, depending on action point split)
+3 from fighter enhancements (up to +4, depending on action point split)

    +10 stunning item
+5 combat mastery item ("spare hand" belt for example, easy to farm even for free-to-play accounts)

for a total of +17+6+2+3+10 = conservative 43 stunning blow DC, to which u can add a situational +3 if you've applied imp. sunder before hand.

(these numbers could be increased by +2 with full enhancements, +2 with better strength items, and another +3 if u have 3 fighter past lives, for a total of 50 DC.)

so stun cleave kill, for haste/damage increases, which would make the next enemies fall at an ever increasing pace.

ideas for improvements would be most welcome.
