what stacks?

Ok so I get that these various forms of power all stack. Like alchy from clickies, and gear and all that but does gear power stack by itself?

For instance on that frozen tunic thing from the challanges it says glacial and then 90 spell power. But then 2 more other effects down it says glacial again and then again 90 spell power. So do these things stack with each other for spell dmg?

Or do they just go off of the highest number? Also the equipment/universal spell powers. Are they basically just the same thing?


And lastly so I get this, I can stack the power using the enhancements, meta magics, equipment (and or universal), alchemical, psionic, (ear dweller) implement from weapons and whatever's in the epic destiny stuff?

You use the best single source of Equipment bonus to Spell Power. If you have overlapping effects, like multiple sources of glaciation, or glaciation and potency, you only take the best effect.
