Caught in the Web Raid

We are sitting at the end of the raid, and Elminster won't finish his speech so that quests finished. We've tried contacting a GM in game, but anyone above level 20 can't open a ticket. We have had a few people call, but are told they can't do anything in game. So this is our other attempt at getting some costumer service. You do realize they closed the raid over the weekend and after the maintenance today it accidentally got opened back up but is still supposed to remain closed because they are still working on the problems and said it probably won't be until the next update till they get it opened again.
