From 03:00 AM to 1:00PM GMT -4 It's 8 PM already here (GMT) so the update SHOULD have been completed ages ago.

Check the post again they extended it to 3:00PM which is still 5 minutes away as of this posting.

Click the DevTracker in the upper right hand side of the forum guys. You can see all the Dev posts saying the maintenance has been delayed. Whenever you can't log in the first thing you should do is go to the forums and click the dev tracker.
