Did not receive free Lesser

Current Life: 5
On life 4 used Stone of Experience, also used True heart prior to update 14
The first thing I did after loading update 14 was hit "reincarnate" at char seleciton screen.

I also have another Char named Druizzt/Thelanis who did a True before update 14 but has yet to hit "reincarnate from char selection screen.

I had planned to use the free LR so ended up purchasing a LR(+0) to continue being able to play my character.

Please refund my 895 points and flag Guillotin as having used the free Lesser to make it right(I normally don't buy plain Lessers, you can check my account history). Fix Druizzt if same problem is going to happen. I suspect anyone who was in the middle of a reincarnation is bugged.

I have time to call CS/Accounting if that is the better option.

You should definitely call Customer Support, second best is posting in the Account Support forum. That's the best way to reach the Turbine Account people...

For future reference - in case you have more toons that you want to use the free lesser on- the free reincarnation isn't purchased through the ddo store. You just go talk to kruz (the reincarnation dude) and select lesser reincarnate and he gives you the option to use your free lesser reincarnation. NO PURCHASE REQUIRED.

I will put in a bug report for this. I just contacted Account support and they refunded my 895 points. Unknown if other char is bugged at this time.
