Three Stones of EXP

Are you like me? Just getting around to getting a character to 8th level on the Cannith Server on your account?

I have three stones to give to players. I offer them to the forum members first. From my experience only about 5% of the game population only frequents the forums.(How do I know this you ask? From my past giveaways and discovering very few players in the game even knew the forums existed.)


1. You must be 8th level to 15th level
2. You MUST NOT have already used a stone on that account on the CANNITH server
3. About ten empty inventory spaces, otherwise you will overflow.
4. You can be Free to Play, Premium, or VIP it does not matter.

The only caveat is some players do not have enough plat and enough gear to make their new 16th character ready. You do get loot, all marked as STARTER gear so it cannot be sold for plat.

The loot you get
a Docent(I have always deleted this)
Goggles(I have always deleted this)
Boots(I have always deleted this)
Robe(I have always deleted this)
Ethereal Bracers( keep these)
Death's Locket(debatable)
Demonic Breastplace(debatable but I seem to delete them)
Cape of the Roc(I have always deleted this)
Reaver's Ring(this ring is from Xorian Cipher, I seem to keep it, but I hardly ever used the ones I pulled from Xorian)
Belt(+5 constitution, +13 concentration, 20% negative attack resistance) good for your casters, pointless on characters that don't need EDIT:concentration I am sure some players love this

That should have been CONCENTRATION.

Never type a thread early in the morning.

The bright side, people are reading the thread, sadly no one needs a stone.

Maybe August 20 will get here quicker for me....... I think I will swim in the harbor to where I placed all those trinkets I get from the Risia Ice Games, and add these Stones of Experience to the pile.

may need a stone in the future - will be doing a final TR in the end of July after patch 2 fixes heroic elite (of course, being Turbine, they may misplace a decimal & make it x10 more dmg.)

There may be others like me who haven't taken a final plunge yet. So don't send your stones to Davey Jones...

Just send me a PM or if I am on as Recipemaker just ask for a stone.

Tell me the date, time, location, and instance and more than likely I will be there. I am one of those people that my word means something to me.

While this was a necro, you should research a tad more before accusing others of exploits.

The stones work again, BY DESIGN, as indicated by Tolero.

the 6 year anniversary stones of XP are not meant to be working, if they are its an exploit.
the ones from the Otto box are working.

do you know anyone thats going around giving 2 of them away for free? coz i will use them.

No just an oversight:

Update on the stones (and I'll add this to the release notes). We've made a configuration change and the Stone will once again work when the worlds open. Existing Stones will work also. Sorry about that!

We have folks in world using them successfully, so I'll need a few more details. Is this the Stone from the holiday box or an old MOTU one? (I'm told the old MOTU ones likely have many of the old restrictions on them)

So not an exploit and not something that they are taking away. Just restricted in the manner that they existed before.
