Turning regeneration?

I am now a level 20 cleric with 1 level of exalted angel.
My turn undeads (which I use for burst healing) seem to regenrate at 1/min.
Wiki says its supposed to be 1/2min.

Where can I find information on what affect turning regeneration?

No, the Wiki says 1 every 2 minutes, not 2 every 1 minute.

There are enhancements in the Unyielding Sentinel ED that will increase the speed of Turn recovery, but nothing in Exalted Angel interacts with Turns in any way (although you'd get a bonus turn for the +2 cha given by Angelic Presence).
