Secrets of the Artificer adventure area

Hey... I know this will sound really noobish, but in Canith Manufactory is there any event one must do to trigger the rare encounter Bullet?

I have done the area about 8 times looking for the **** thing, and it's just frustrating me. I've gone to the area where wiki says he is and either i'm doing something wrong or i'm just really unlucky (Which is more likely) I get it that it's supposed to be rare and that named items shouldn't be easy to drop but... I don't really mind farming a chest, now when i can't even find the boss that's a whole different issue.

So, is there any trick to it? figured i might as well ask, just in case.

took me 6 run to get him last night, just go direct to his room, recall, reset the instance, repeat.

Yup. Just like every rare out there, it's random if they show up. Some are more "rare" than others.
