Lesser res, epic levels & holding xp

I am lvl 23 - holding lvl 25 (3mil xp)

if I LR will it force me to take level 25 on the reincarnate ship or will I be able to leave the ship at lvl 23 still holding those 2 levels?

anyone know or done this?

I don't believe you can lesser res while holding levels, but maybe its heroic levels only.

correct - pre expansion it used to force you to go level up before it would take the heart of wood
with epic levels however it has let me use it at 23 whilst holding lvl 24 and 25
concerned that in the process of being on the ship it doesnt let me leave until i take 24/25
anyone done this? any turbine comment?

k tested on a toon that was just got 21 (but never took it)

kruz doesnt stop you anymore
however the reincarnate button on character selection screen blocks you and tells ya to go level up
