Not being able to use Innate attacks while raging must be a bug

I heard that earlier on the Beta server, you could use/cast the Innate attacks while enraged, but this is no longer the case. I have a Druid6/Barb1, and when in bear form and using rage, I can't cast neither Maul nor Shred. I can cast Roar, however, but this is not an attack.
Have anyone else experienced this tendency? I find it very odd that I'm able to cast Roar (as the single only spell) while raging, and not the Innate attacks. Any opinions???

My guess is that this line from the Rage effects is still being applied...but haphazardly. I'd probably stick with Rising Fury as a Bear....

While raging, a barbarian cannot use any Intelligence-based skills or the Concentration skill, nor can he cast spells or activate magic items that require a command word, a spell trigger (such as a wand or clicky), or spell completion (such as a scroll) to function.
