I cannot hear voice chat of other players now for some reason. I have gone through all my audio settings and I am still having trouble. Could someone help me troubleshoot this? I am still hearing other sounds and other players can hear me voice chat. It seems I am just having trouble hearing them. And before you ask, yes, Voice Chat is enabled.

I've had some odd issues from time to time that only a restart of my computer will fix.

Okay I figured out the problem. For some reason I had set voice playback to use my secondary audio device. Don't know how that happened, but it's fixed now.
