    Default I'd like to make my own skin

    Can someone direct me to any technical information on how to make my own skin?

    (I've already seen the lottro site to download skins, although I don't recall the URL.)

    In particular I'm exploring the possibilitiy of developing my own set of icons for the hotbars and for the two rows of "affects" (buffs, etc.) at the top of the screen.

    I'm looking for a source for the hard-core technical details.
