Shared Bank / VIP bug?

Hi there,

I signed up for VIP the other day and moved a few items into the shared bank. That night I canceled the auto renewal of monthly charge and now I can't add anything to the bank. There are currently 4 items in there, and I can remove them but it won't let me add any new items *other than adding more to an existing stack.

Any ideas?

Also, I just realized that my total chars allowed when down to 4 from 10.

Well you'd think that if I was charged 15 dollars for a month, it would run for a month (which by the way is more than a day). Hopefully someone without a cocky comment will be a bit more helpful.

I suggest you put a message in the Account Support forum, submit a ticket to Account Support at http://support.turbine.com or call voice support.
