Does anybody else think that Lady Azdel likes getting kidnapped by orcs? No sooner do I rescue her, and she is back in Gravnok's cell.
I think those two are an item, and she's just afraid to admit it because her family wouldn't approve. That explains why he never kills her, and why she and her guards conveniently take naps in the middle of the battle.
