Pale Master questions

I have some questions about Pale Masters.

1) Does the Barbarian Past Life feat count as Toughness for the PM enhancements, like it does the Racial Toughness enhancements?

2) Do the PM SLAs benefit from Maximise and Empower?

3) How effective are the undead minions?

4) What build would you recommend?

not really (the one mummy spams fear is ok in some content but just as worthless as the rest other times).

There are some good ones on the forums just grab one and roll with it. max int rest of the points in Con and you'll be fine.

When I looked into this, I concluded that the answer was 'no'. i.e you can't use it as a pre-requisite for Lich Form. I haven't tested it.

4) What build would you recommend?
