Stunning blow DC

I'm trying to work up potential build options on a fighter mix. What are the Stunning Blow DC tresholds we should be aiming for?

Right now, my helf monk with fighter dilli have a 60 dc stunning fist.

For my stunning blow, i have a 39 dc. (10+10 Str+2 fgt past life+2 dilli+10 stunning gear+5 epic spare hand)

I've read somewhere that 45 dc for the stunning blow is the magic number.

You should have a minimum of 45 for the epic hard or elite quests. On epic normal, 39 is enough.
