    Default Cost of abilities

There seems to be a balance issue within the destinies and by that I mean cost, Specifically the abilities that cost 2 ap per rank. I did a quick mouseover on all the destinies and found :

(destiny/number of abilities/number of 2 ap cost. both figures exludes stat points)

    US -19 -12
    EA -18 -10

    GMoF -19 -1
    Sdw -20 -8
    LD -20 -12

    SC -20 -6
    FotW -18 -5

    Fate -26 -9
    Mag -21 -3
    DI -20 -2

From a divine standpoint, if i wanted caster levels, then I would be limited to US/EA. If I want higher DCs then I also want to spend 12 points in wisdom. That would leave 12 points to spend in the remaining 18 abilities in exalted, of which 10 cost 2ap, or 12 to spend in the 19 available in Unyeilding of which 12 cost 2ap.

Flip to a wizard in magister, and after 12 points spent in int, the remaining 12 points goes alot further with only 3 abilities costing 2ap out of the 21 available.

While some of these abilities warrant costing 2ap, some do not, and some may be better served having multiple 1ap ranks.

Quick correction for fatesingers, each echoes of the ancients costs 2 ap, and there are 9 of them (1 for each destiny besides fatesinger) they are separated in branches to avoid overcrowding but if you click on them you see each distinct echoes. That also means they have 26 abilities, not 21.

I Havent quite got into fatesinger yet so I was unsure if those were 2ap or not. Thnx for the info. The magister and Draconic may have a couple of extra +2s? from multiple choices.

Still seems to be a disparity between some destinies and others.

I do believe that Divines got screwed on the Ap required for their abilities. Some of the 2 Ap cost ones shouldn't need 2 AP. Grandmaster of Flowers, for example, gains some very nice active abilities for only 1 AP; all of the Exalted Angel's SLA's require 2 AP, and renewal requires 3 for the full effect.
