Anyone knows of any reason why a character couldn't be found on MyDDO?

I'm trying to see my main character, Friia (Sarlona), but the page doesn't exist.

Simultaneously, if I log in game with that character and I haven't logged with another one before, I systmaticaly get disconnected as soon as I see my toon...

Any idea of qhats wrong here?
