Hello,
I have not been playing DDO for a while, and when I was playing I had VIP account. Now I logged back in to see whether there were any changes to the game or not, played for a bit as premium account and logged out. Day before yesterday I logged in and noticed that from 827 points I had when I logged out I now only have 807...So I thought may be I mixed something up, but today I logged in again and see that instead of 807 points I had, I now have 707!!
Can I have my points back please?
Ok, just managed to check in game account purchase history, its is removing points like -10 -25 -50 twice a day for no reason.

We discovered an issue a little while back where some Turbine Points were 'expiring' the issue has since been resolved. However, points that were granted before we solved this issue may still disappear. Contact Account Support via the information in my signature, and they will fix your Turbine Point balance.
