XP Pots for Dragonshard Turn Ins

Does anyone know if the Eberron Dragonshard turn ins are now working correctly?

I tried last night and it was still broken.

And the 20% xp event is over too -_-

I tried the challenge item xp pot... and it worked. but that one is just 5%

Broken for me too.

You talk to the collector, but they refuse to take/trade for your dragonshards (small or medium).

I was thinking perhaps they turned off the dragonshard turn-ins temporarily because there is currently a bug where if you are turning in for a exclusive item that is already in your inventory (i.e. the 20 mnemomic shard) they took your eberron dragonshards and gave you nothing. (this is on the known issues list)
