Requested character transfer on July 4th - have not heard from Turbine about it since

I requested to have one of my characters transferred from the Orien server to the Cannith server on July 4th. I recieved an automated email that said a Turbine representative would be in touch soon to confirm the character move. It's July 9th and I have not heard anything from Turbine since then about my transfer request. I know it said it would be 5-7 days to process the request because of high volume, but I thought I would hear from Turbine by now regarding the transfer.

If anyone can help with this i'd be grateful.

Usually a longer wait than that. Last time for me took almost a month ( 25 days )

I haven't checked but I imagine thats 5-7 business days. It has only been 3 so maybe just a wee bit impatient.
