This build is NOT perfect. many things are missing, gear missing, etc...

By the way, chaotic neutral because its the closest thing to evil. EEEEEVVVVVVIIIILLLLLL!

As for spells and spell selection order: not the same as in the leveling. you will want DW, but here is an end game spell list.

    gear: (dont laugh. pls?)

    head: Alchemist crown
necklace: Symbol of the Shining Sun
trinket: vibrant purple ioun stone / eardweller / voice / mindfury symbiont
    cloak: medium guild augment slot
belt: greater false life (to be changed to villager(?) belt)
    ring1: +6 con
ring2: Signet of the Shining sun
    gloves: purple dragon gauntlets
    boots: cannith boots of propulsion
braces: braces of the sun soul
armor: Templar's bastion (to be changed to cleric armor)
    goggles: GS SP concordant item.

weapon: luminous truth / Watcher's blade+light and darkness

All mass cures/heal mass with empower+maximize+empower heal+quicken on. saves party(raid groups) on bosses.
    All buffs with extend.
FVS capstone free heal with all meta's on. its free!

Now you might say that I cant heal well, well let me tell you, that I spend between 0 and 100 SP on healing per quest. those free heals heal so good, they are like my cure crits, so I use cures for emergencies.

YoureDown is currently level 22, almost 23, sitting at 3900 SP and 500HP. Solo healed von 5 epic hard (even 11 healers cant heal epic elite @ lvl 22, Like seriously, just call it impossible and we're done here...) after other healers went afk, solo healed shroud hard, after healers dc'd.

    Feedback would be awesome!

Capped ranks in Heal skill? Pretty sure about anything else would be better.

I tend to go with bluff and/or diplomacy. Sometimes it opens up options with quest dialogues.

With the diplo I would have gotten it wasnt worth it. the heal saves a bit of SP at rests. dont have to cast CLW mass right after a rest.

    thanks for feedback though!

Is there anything else you would like to comment on? (hope I didnt sound too bit**y)

Seriously. Heal skill is just about the absolute worst skill possible. 3900 SP and you want to save some SP at a shrine? Free cure light cap stone and you want to save SP? No UMD?

    Why both mental toughnesses?
I would dump one and pick up maximize.

(I read thru the list twice, didn't see it. Did I just overlook it?)

Another option you may want to consider is that it appears you are going for a caster type primarily.
If this is so, you may want to consider spell focus(es), or spell penetration(s).

Already have maximize, both mentals for epic (+200).

Thought about taking spell focus, decided that I dont really need it, and as for Spell penetration, I had it on, but wanted to test out without it, and didnt see a change, so I decided to leave it.

Save SP - to heal >=5 people at once, you will use a mass. mass CLW (base 45 I think) so thats 45 wasted SP (a heal).
UMD - Didnt see a real reason for UMD. ofc UMD is important and stuff, built a UMD arti (43 @ lvl 15), but nothing really was worth it when I decided to go heal for the rest of my levels instead of UMD.

If you want to build a healbot, build a healbot. If you want to build an evoker or offensive caster, build that. I don't understand these builds that go halfway. Choose one thing and max it out.

Maybe because it works, and works very well?

I heal parties, while at the same time having top kills and wiping entire groups of people. (those parties are not of bad players, usually good+).

Don't like it its your problem, heal/evoker FVS is pretty good imho.

If you don't use spells that need a SR bypass, you can just forget about it, true enough. This was my thinking on my cleric too. (Which I am now regretting.)

One thing I've found is that on my FvS I have more SP than I know what to do with. Even as a cha dumped character, I have SP falling out of my ears, enough to make my wizard turn 5 shades of green envious. So I personally see your build as wasting 3 feats for sp.. Maybe you make good use of that, I don't know. It's just my personal observation based on my own experiences.

If I were to use all my spells at base sp cost, I wouldne run out of SP on shroud without resting. Though seeing that I have craptons of SP, every spell I use is maximized and empowered. still dont run out of SP lol. usually have like 120 by the shrine / end.

You are missing heighten. Get UMD and get something more useful than SP feats if you want to call yourself evoker.
At least you have level ups in wisdom unlike recent batch of charisma based loldivines.

Maybe in epic normal, but past that you aren't likely to get pat drow SR, especially with no wiz past lives. Sure, you can build a healblob/evoker hybrid, but I can level a 32 pt healblob in like, a day. So I'll have a better healblob than you for raids when I need it and a better and functional evoker on epic hard or even epic elite quests when I need that. So why have a build that excels at neither, when I can have both and do better than you in either case with minimal effort just by switching toons?

I solo'd first chain on hard.

And looking at some numbers on a page does not show how good of a healer I am. Wisest thing to do here (see what I did there?) would be to edit your comment. I'm better than any healer I have seen in my 3 years in the game on the sarlona server.

I'm better than any healer I have seen in my 3 years in the game on the sarlona server.
    Okay.

Um, any competent healer can solo heal ehVoN5 and ehVoN6. If you don't have Heighten, you are not an Evoker.

I do not see a reason to take heighten instead of something else. As a level 24 feat I will take it ofc, but I do not see a reason. at all. enemies save against my spells once in 10 spells...

My main at the moment is a lvl 21 Fvs human evoker:
    All level ups into wis
All wisdom enhancements from angel path up to lvl 4 (making 40 wis)
    Spell focus evocation
    Heightien
Bracelet of madness for +2 evo and the Belashira's sceptre with a +2 necro focus.

go to spells are implosion, blade barrier, destruction and slay living and divine punishment for bosses.

I cannot possibly make the claim that mobs fail their saves 9 times out of 10 unless the content I am running is trash easy. Though it is true my toon is by no means super geared.

New content - you are going to have a real problem with spell pen on those drow without both feats and some enhancements. I still fail reasonably often on new content on hard - that's with +4 from both feats, +2 from enhancements and +2 from purple ioun stone.

You could of course kite everything through blade barriers and rely on the fact that it requires no spell pen and even if they save they take half damage. With the spell point pool you have, everything will die eventually........but it doesn't sound like fun to me and it's a godawful waste of time.

If you posted here with a view to getting some constructtive criticism, then you can add mine to the general concensus. Heal skill is a waste - UMD is much better. Mental toughnesses are better swapped out for Heighten and spell pen. Those changes will make you a far more effective party member.

If you weren't looking for any constructive advice: Well, it is your toon and you have every right to build/play it however you want.

Edit actually, I would lose extend as well and take a spell focus.
