No veteran Status (Level 4)?

Bought the Expansion today and I am supposed to be able to create a character at level 4.
I do not see anyway to do that and they always start at level 1.

Make your character it will be lvl 1 enter the game you should be on a ship where a npc will lvl you to 4th lvl

I don't recall, but you might have to talk to Jeets and then you will teleport to the airship...maybe not, but it all happens on the air ship.

Pretty sure you start on the airship and then have the option to choose "bad dream" or something like that to start at lvl 1 (if for some reason you want to).

Did you register the expansion code on Turbine.com my account?

Please note that Veteran status only comes with the Standard Edition, not the Base Edition, as noted here.

An issue like this isn't one that I can look into on the forums. If you ordered the Standard Edition, and have applied your key to the account, but still don't believe you have Veteran Status, contact Account Support. Their contact information is in my signature.
