Limb Chopper

I like unusual and rarely used items. So, when I happened to collect all the parts for Epic Unkor's Cleaver, I decided to make it on my rogue. As I wrack my brain trying to find a use for this fancy paperweight, the wiki is a little unclear. I'm guessing that if Limb Chopper doesn't work on red names, it also doesn't work on raid bosses? If that's the case, would it at least be worth using on orange-names in EH and up quests if they happen to be mini-bosses?

While I'm at it, what about the Vorpal? I know as a rogue my built in Vorpal is the same, but is it ever worth using for the added chance? Or am I always going to be better off off-handing a CC weapon like eTimeblade (or this nice Radiance lootgen longsword I found) against trash, and Lit 2's or DR breakers on bosses?

Against Orange named and strong Trashmobs, Limbchopper is quite nice.
As soon as it hits the mobs is moving like slowmotion and can barely cast a spell or attack.
