With high lvl and end game bosses having a high fortification, you might want to try to fit the precision feat, +5% to hit and -25% to fortification, into your build. If I remember correctly, they removed the half damage to base and SA making it a great feat for rogues.
You might also want to think of using a light monk instead of going for dark monk. You can get shadow fade with the shadowdancer epic prestige. The healing buff and other light buffs are more affective then the dark monk curse. The only dark one that I have seen is the fire-dark-fire for auto-crit. IIRC.
One weapon you should keep for your acrobat(if soloing) is a deception suffix. It works wonders when your between timers on improved fient, and bluff.
Looking forward to seeing how your build works out.
You could also drop 1 lvl of rog and add 1 lvl of monk, you lose 1 rog feat class and 1d6 back stab but gain wholeness of body.
My current concept is here http://forums.ddo.com/showthread.php...=1#post4581457 but still working out the kinks

I did think about Wholeness of Body with Monk 12/Rogue 7/Druid 1, thinking that the 2nd tier of Thief Acrobat was not worth the extra 6 levels vs. 3rd tier of Air Stance and other Monk goodies...You could also drop 1 lvl of rog and add 1 lvl of monk, you lose 1 rog feat class and 1d6 back stab but gain wholeness of body.
then I realized this...
I am fairly new to DDO so please be kind. I like the idea of this build and gave it a shot on the DDO Planner. This is my first attempt at a build but i have read a lot on the forums. What do you think? Also keep in mind i put points in spot and such to level but they can be changed later.

Not bad, personally I would change the base stats to 15 str and 15 con, and then drop the elven dexterity for human adaptability con and great adaptability str. This would also open up racial toughness 3 if you want it. The end result would be the same Str, -2 Dex, and +2 Con, with an optional +10 hp from enhancements. other than that, looks pretty good. I am planning on TRing my acrobat into something like this, eventually.
The reason why i went with Dexterity ups is because :
" Rogue Thief-Acrobat I .... You add your dexterity bonus to damage when sneak attacking with a quarterstaff. "
The hit points looked good compared to other rogues also but i appreciate your input.

Just pointing : since U15 Overwhelming Critical doesn't need anymore Weapon Focus, so there's a free feat on these kind of builds. Also, Improved Feint is working again, so I'd say that my favourite feat selection would be:
Power Attack
Thougness
Cleave
Great Cleave
Combat Expertise
Improved Critical: Bludgeon
Improved Feint
And 3 of these 5 depending on what you like:
Stunning Blow
Improved Trip
2-Handed Fighting
Improved 2-Handed Fighting
Greater 2-Handed Fighting
I'd also take Overwhelming Critical and Improved Sneak Attack as epic feats.
Also, I'd go with Rogue13/Monk6/Druid1 with a Half-Orc. It's just that cool with his increased 2-handed weapon damage, racial Strenght, extra racial boost for more Haste...
I think it should start like this (32):
Str 17
Dex 16
Con 14
Int 13
Wis 8
Cha 6
Any comments?
Maybe go Half-Orc instead for the extra strength and bonuses with 2 handed weapons. I believe the HELF dilly can net you +3 DC total to your combat feats, whereas the Half-Orc will give you +1 for the inherent strength bonus and another +1 for strenth enhancements. The HO, however will net you a higher attack and damage especially with all of the bonuses with 2 handed weapons.

not my concept, i got in a post in custom or multiclass builds... but what you think about 7druid/12rogue/1monk?
7 druid = some self healing, natural warrior = fatal harrier (up to +25% atack speed)
1 monk = lesser air stance (7.5% atk speed + 2.5% double hit)
12 rogue = acrobat II (20% atk speed)
maybe im wrong, but its = 52% more atk speed not counting haste boost from rogues (dunno if its staks), better than shadow fade (wind bracer from Canith challenges?) and a bit more sneak atack.
Does anyone know if Thief Acrobat works as intended?
It surely hasn't been updated since U14, when Uncanny Dodge was changed, as the in-game description still says it grants 2 extra uses per rest.
Also the 10% attack speed boost with quarterstaves doesn't show up in the ATTACK SPEED box next to BAB in char sheet (haven't tested yet if my attack speed has actually gone up).
Skill bonuses to tumble, jump and balance, and the Showtime clicky seem to work.
I'm doing a similar build, but with fighter instead of monk as I don't have access to monk. Have not cast any spell other than Ram's Might, Shillelagh (Sp?), and the occasional summon wolf. But the UMD is nice.
I'd also like to know about Uncanny Dodge on a Thief-Acrobat. Haven't gotten the prestige yet, but I doubt that they programmed in a shorter cooldown just for one prestige.
If you're doing mobility > Combat Expertise > Improved trip, etc. why not whirlwind attack instead of cleave? You're meeting the requirements, and it's a whopping +4(w).
Question: what exactly is +2(w)? Is it total weapon damage x2, or is it just one additional damage die? Epic staff of Nat Gann does 2d6+6, what is the damage then with +2(w)?
I am debating about making a build extremely similar to this but I am having difficulty planning for the epic destiny...
If LD is the target, my worries would be if this build would be able to use all the abilities... cleave, great cleave, momentum swing, lay waste, masters blitz and the 50 tactics, monk strikes, and monk finishers.
My question would be if it is possible to use all of these abilities, or if it would be more worthwhile to plan for a different destiny.
If it isn't apparent, I haven't played to epic level yet, so any thoughts related to this would be appreciated.
I'm not familiar with druid, but is there any case where being in level 2 wolf form as a splash, would actually increase DPS over being out of form?
