Billing in different countries

Currently I'm playing DDO from Malaysia and have a VIP subscription using a card from my country. My card is still valid for a few more years.
However, I will be moving to Germany for an unconfirmed period.

I'm wondering if there will be any problems for my VIP billing or if I wish to purchase any TP using a card from Malaysia while playing DDO in Germany. As I know Turbine has expanded to Europe and has the VAT thing in place (I've always been billed in USD and no VAT).

You may run into some issues with using a Malaysian card from Germany.

Additionally, you may only have the Euro pricing available to you while in Germany, as the system displays currency based on your log-in location.
