Default What happens when you're bored?

Not everyone does the same thing when they find themselves bored. Some chat in the channels or go to pvp. Others solo quests or try to break their own records.

The other night, boredom struck one of my guildies. He decided to enter the sub and try for a -1 million hp... well, he got it.

So, how many deaths did it take? 6,099

So, I have to ask. What do ya'll do when you get hit with boredom?

Wow. I didn't know that was possible.

    Questions:
Did he stand by the Shrine on the ramps in first area with the living spells?

Also what was his repair bill?

Was their a death penalty cap?

    Anyway neat achievement.

Didn't know you could achieve that much negative levels.

When I am bored, I either go in the tavern to beat up some people (or get beat up) or log off!

    Edit: typos.

When I am bored, I usually try something new.

    Congrats on the HP victory.

Some say they have lot of fun creating alternative ddo forum where people register over 9000 profiles to insult players and pretend they are someone else.

The best thing about this awesome folks is that they feel grieved if you just talk about this situation, like they have some special entitlement to flout you

Last but not least they say they are very skilled players. L- O - L

    Answers:
    1) He had gone into VoD soloing and stood in the spikes near the shrine.

    2) 2.6K, though everything was broken along with multiple scrolls and yugo pots.

    3) There was no cap that he could see, his goal was -1 million. If he didn't have us waiting on him to quest in Eveningstar, he could have kept going.

I post on the alternate forum.
    Register multiple accounts? Nope.
    Pretend I'm someone else? Nope.
Insult other players? It's against DDO forum policy to express some feelings about other people, do the math.
Feel entitled to free speech? Yes.
Say I'm a skilled player? Nope (I try to avoid any reference to any skill that I may or may not have and let other people make up their own mind).

So ... you're just being a troll, I fell for it

I actually go to that board now and then to see if there anything interesting going on that people don't talk about on these boards, but they've pretty much stopped posting over there (except to talk about each other's moms) because they are sure the devs are reading them.

Kind of defeats the purpose of the other board when everyone is too scared to talk about anything interesting

It is like going to a museum and bragging about how fast you made it through. Or bragging about how fast you finished a good steak.

Why did you register on that forum if you don't insult others? That gibberish is just full of insults, no other things comes from there. I can hardly believe you can post over there without insulting/being insulted... sorry.

No, i am not being a troll since i am saying what one could consider to do when bored. Are you able to read?

Oh, and you are actually insulting me by calling me a troll, so you are contradicting yourself in one single post, grats! Have fun with your math exercises, looks like you still need some.

DDO forum policy? Ok, have a lecture:

Good luck for your next posts, don't get confused when browsing among the forums
I registered on the alternate forum because it is a source of information about our game, nothing more, nothing less. When I first registered there I actually frequented the "build" section much more than the "drama" section. Now I go there to interact with my in game friends, catch up with information that isn't available on the forums, find out who is worth avoiding in game and share some experiences of people in game so other people can avoid negative experiences.

The DDO forums are a moderated space, that's okay, but sometimes it prevents discussion of topics that I'm interested in.

Pretty sure I was in that VoD with you.

Or it was just someone else who kept doing it, then someone else joined in. I was getting tired of the ding-ding-ding so bailed.
