I've started some new casters in a new server and found something strange out.

What happened:
My attack bonus while running is at a negative number.
1) I started running around and noticed I was hitting(unarmed) a bit faster than usual.
2) I ran back and forth(spam all movement keys-WASD in order) on a mob and was hitting faster than any monk at that level. So I picked up some handwraps and kicked butt.
3) I also noticed I NEVER missed(except for 1s). I seemed to hit everything, even tried it out on higher AC mobs. Havn't full tested this however.

So... Is this a bug? Maybe I should pick up tharak wraps and exploit this
