Digital code problem..

OK i bought MotU collectors edition.. also i bought the 11000 tp that came with it as an offer..

both digital code came to my mail, both means they were seperated codes/keys to the 2 product.

I entered the MotU code, and it did get me the expansion pack including all the perks and benefits of
buying the collectors edition.

--then for the next step i entered the code for the 11000tp, then this came up:
The Product Key you entered is not valid for use. If you believe this is an error, please contact Turbine Customer Service by visiting support.turbine.com. [err: 30022] .

Hi, you have to redeem the TP code in the DDO Store. Just go to the DDO Store in-game, click Add Points and enter/paste the code in the Redeem Points Card textbox and hit Redeem
