Thumbs down please stop contradicting yourself, Turbine

I'm very well aware, and was so before MotU, that the xpack would not be in the DDO store before August because it was announced that way. Now please, stop deceiving players in-game. There are more legit ways to make your players visit the DDO store.

Could it simply be that they are just preparing the store ahead of time?

But this means they are setting out to purposely deceive the masses? Sweet....

Under the "Epic Destinies" in the store, if you had bothered to look before you posted, are...

    Tome of Fate +1
    Tome of Fate +2
    Key of Destiny
    Loom of Destiny
    Shears of Fate

Why can't you see them? Because your character isn't eligible to use any of those items. A simple click of "show all items" would have revealed this to you and prevented you from posting on the forums.

I'm sorry but none of what you say is true. As you can see in the screenshot in post #1, the radio button "show all items" is indeed selected. As you can also see, the DDO store has no items in "Account --> Epic Destinies".

As you can further see in the following screenshot:

the items you listed are all in the DDO store filed at "Character --> Epic Destiny Tools". They are not, as you claim, in "Account --> Epic Destinies".

Please get your facts straight before attacking me and my capability to read on a personal level.

To complain about the first picture, you would be correct to do so.

To complain further that you can not see stuff that are actually in the store, you would have to provide evidence that you were on a lvl 20, and had access to such stuff.

As all items in the store are related to EDs (if I recall correctly) they would not show up for you any way.

So you are only half correct about comprehension, but it may have been an understanding this time.

    I'm glad you agree.

It was a level 20 toon with "show all options" clicked on the DDO store.
My complaint is this: Turbine's very own tooltip stating: "Epic Destinies are available for purchase in the DDO store right now". Epic Destinies, as an account option (like 32pt build, vet status, character slots or adventure packs) are not available for purchase in the DDO store.

If you look at the screenshot in my post #2 you'll see that those ones are all there just fine. I never doubted or questioned those items' existence in the DDO store. Those items were brought up solely by MsEricka. Why? I have no idea.

Anyway. I believe they are preparing themselves for the launch of them in DDO store come U15 (August) and it is there since it will be there. I agree it's rather poor of them to put that there and not have it, but knowing Turbine, they'd forget about it and 5 years later only then realize they didn't fix it.

BYOH. Know it, abide by it, or don't mess with those who do.

Its nothing bad or strange that there is button to put you to EDs in the store, or that there is categhory for EDs in the store. They simply prepared themselves.

However, I find the text that they're avaible in store now a little confusing. They could write that EDs are coming soon and later use those 3 seconds to type new text to put on that button.

We do not allow people to discuss reputation received or given, posts like, "-1 for X, +1 for Y" are not allowed, as they have historically been used for reputation farming purposes. Stay on topic, please.
