    At first glance it seems OK, although I don't understand why you put so many pts into CHA - bonus to Intim & UMD, maybe? Have you considered ftr 12 / barb 6 / rogue (or maybe arty) 2? You give up a feat, but gain UMD (and Evasion in the case of rogue splash). Also, any particular reason not to go HO or dwarf instead of human?

    Have a look at this build I just posted. Not sure how I'd tweak stats on a 34-pt build; could go in DEX (+1 AC & Reflex), INT (more skill pts), or CHA (+1 Intim & UMD).

    reason for human is extra feat its really nice too have wpn focus at lowest lvl ,
    i was at work today and was thinking about throwing 2 rogue in early prolly lvl 3 and 4
    also ty for link taking a look at it now thanks for input
