Odd. They already work fine on live.Glancing blows now correctly apply in Power Attack and Combat Expertise stances.
Interesting this gets dropped at the same time the new combat system for melee goes in. Prepare to miss your attacks melee =/All Attack Boost enhancements now give +2/+4/+6/+8 to hit.
Considering how broken many of them still are, I'd hope said cost is still 0pp.Resetting epic destinies using plat now shows the right cost in the confirmation.
Every bit of feedback I've read from anyone showed this was something no one woudl take due to how weak it is.. Yet it gets nerfed. odd. Also don't see the point, its not that hard to charge once you set up a certain rotation on a hotbar, your limited by the 5 min cooldown more so.Fearsome Invulnerability will also no longer gain charges if you have already gained a use of the Epic Moment and haven't spent it yet (or if the Moment itself is always active).

Ok so a few good bug fixes, great.Fury of the Wild
- The following abilities now properly work with handwraps: Tunnel Vision, Unstoppable Fury, Sense Weakness, Insult, Injury, Gird Against Demons.
- Unstoppable Fury triggers correctly on all misses now.
- Gird Against Demons now stacks with all pre-existing effects.
- Primal Scream and Boulder Toss no longer have arcane spell failure.
- Fury of the Wild now grants primal caster level equal to your Fury of the Wild level.
- Insult debuff now gives -10 AC, -10 Concentration, -10% Fortification, +2 Strength, + 2 Constitution.
- Fury Made Placid: No longer can you paralyze yourself or friends with heal.
- Fury of the Wild: You won't sometimes get stuck being unable to rage for an invisible duration.
But overall - um.. Dreadnaught buffed, Fury nerfed a lil (insult fort debuff cut in half). Don't get the reasoning here. 99% of player feedback has maintained Dreadnaught was the superior ED, yet this happens.
This one in particular is rather confusning though:

They never did before. Though I tested this and they do seem sorta improved, tho in very different ways then this, they all have entirely new damage dice and descriptions not mentioned in the notes at all.Draconic Incarnation abilities will no longer break and do half damage at caster levels above 20.
...Epic monster spell casters will now cast spells that are sufficiently, rather than totally insanely, lethal.
To me it seems like 90% of player feedback on this subject said Epic normal was ok, Epic hard was a bit easy and Epic Elite was perfect as is..
Yet we get all three difficulties made easier?
meh. Exactly who asked for elite to be made easier? ... Spell damage on elite is very weak and non threatening as is imo. Casters cast so slowly that even a 500 point fireball was no threat to a group serious about beating an epic elite. Melee mobs could put out 10x the dps of casters, yet casters get nerfed. I don't get this at all. Elite was fine.
Hard or norm sure you could of dropped maximize from select casters (not raidbosses), but leave elite as is please.
mm cool. But how about fixing the NOSAVE slowdown they (spellwards, as im assuming this is what this note is refering to) do.. That should offer a save.Fixed evil/good trap effects for wards and enviromental effects. Evil/good based trap effects are "will" based saving throws.
Upon logging on my lvl25, I was not offered such a thing. I hope your resetting the free respec so we can at least LR to get it.Players will now correctly receiving an ability point advance at level 24.
This change went live in U14. It's not changed in u14p1.The main cursor is now easier to see.
