    Unhappy Epic destinies reset after LR

    I got my character to level 25 and leveled several destinies to acquire fate points and abilities but then i decided to use the free LR to change a couple of feats. After getting back to level 25 i noticed my epic destinies seemed to be blank and it looked as if i hadn't claimed a destiny yet.

    I claimed a destiny, hoping to find all the experience i had earned in several destinies would be restored, but i was level 0 again in all my destinies and all the fate points i had earned were also gone. On top of that i also didn't get my stat point increase at level 24

    I've submitted a ticket but haven't had a response yet. Am i missing something or is this a unfortunate bug i've encountered and is there a way to fix it?

    well cant help with other issues, but the stat points when u lvl to 24 are bugged. hopefully they fix this soon

    Default More Bugs. . .

    I noticed the other related bugs will free LR.
    - Also resets the FAVOR (Not the flags or Bravery Bonus);
    - Resets Slayers, Kills and Explorers on wilderless Areas;
    (It prevents you from receiving xp on wilderness areas (slayers, explorers and rares). You still geting other rewards, like commendations).

    I'll keep checking for other related bugs waiting (hopefully not for long ...) that the Devs fix these errors...

    After checking it seems i'm also having those issues. In addition though, I can't really turn in quests now either. When i go to the NPC to collect my reward i'm given a list of level 1 loot but when i take the reward i can talk to the NPC straight after and they offer me another list of level 1 rewards. The quest never seems to update so I can never turn it in and pick up the quest again afterwards. This has become very annoying since I now require someone to open the quest first so i can red box it.

    I still haven't received a response yet either

    The free lesser also has a chance destroy all stat tomes you have

    Unhappy Alone in the dark . . .

    My tomes are untouchable (at least that...), but still with these problems and I have no response or even a glipse of resolution. The InGame support didn't give any answer just sent me an automatic message that did not help.
    Turbine do me the favor, at least TRY to solve the problems :/

    I am currently going through the same issues right now when I used the free LR.

    1. Quests giving me only lvl 1 rewards, preventing me from turning it in.
    2. All epic destiny experience has been reset.
    3. Explorer issues

    By bard was lvl 20bard/1epic at the time...

    I've finally received a response. I was told that my problems require 'additional research' and that this may take 'several days' =/

    At least someone has responded and recognized the issues but this still doesn't solve anything. I've just stopped playing until they fix these problems.

    My ticket has now been closed after being told that 'The issue you have described is either not a currently known issue that the In-Game Support team can assist with, or cannot be resolved with the information you have provided.' They suggest I submit a formal bug report.


    If I submit a formal bug report will they get back to me and try to help or is this just another way of informing them of this issue? If not, is there anything else i can do to try and get some help?

    As i've said, i don't plan on playing again until these issues are fixed but i don't want to wait for a patch for some kind of resolution.

    Truly. I will not bother with the LR until things have been fixed, whenever that might be, and I will advise the rest of my guildies that there are still huge issues.

    In-game tickets are handled by in-game GMs who will help with in-game related issues, like boss monsters who got stuck in the wall etc. but they can't or are not allowed to assist beyond this level. What you describe is a bug and therefore can't be handled by those operators as they may not be able to grant you the XP/destiny etc.

    So while I dislike their automatic generated message which may sound a bit off if you currently facing an incident it is true that the only way to advance is a bug report and/or off-game support ticket. Usually you get a forum email if such a bug report is read. However till the bug is prioritized, assigned and fixed it may take a while.

    Check the notes under:
    * DDO News > Release Notes/Known Issues
    If your bug is acknowledged and/or solved.

    As this may happen to a lot of other players too, you may not get a personal note when it is fixed, however with one of the following patches your character is hopefully fixed. Additional to this bug report you may try to look in http://support.turbine.com to submit an (off-game) support ticket, for which you usually get a personal feedback (read the email you get from this carefully, as the first eMail is a default reply, assuming your issue is solved, to which you have to reply)

    I've tried reporting these issues through several means, including the off-game support ticket, but the in-game GM is the only one who has responded so far. The message i got back stated that the issue was being escalated for further review and the in-game support may work with different departments to solve the issue before they decided to close the ticket.

    If they could just restore the epic destiny xp i would try TRing to see if that fixes the issues. I just really don't want to have to level up destinies like the shadowdancer on my sorcerer again :P

    Default Get a Free LR and ear a Free Greater Bug Pack!!!

    Anyone found a solution to the problems with the LR Free or had a response (useful) support??
    Could list all these bugs in my bard (Vahlyenah / Argonessen):
    1. All Epic Destiny experience was reseted;
    2. Quests are giving me only low rewards (preventing me from turning it in and advance);
    3. Explorer area issues;
    4. Favor was reseted;
    5. /Death command don't works.

    Atm i can see four solutions:
    1. Wait for a miracle;
    2. Wait for the end of the world;
    3. Accept all losses (time, xp, advances, Free LR, etc.) and 20 MORE Epic tokens (and a lot of time...) and get a TR ...;
    4. Expect (... abstract future) these problems can be solved in a way the least bit fair.

    You are lucky... Most people get permently stuck at the lr ship, with no way out whatsoever. I had a toon in beta stuck there, I had to wait for a toon wipe so I could play him again. Not even the devs could get me out.

    Just fyi, you should read all the known issues before you attempt something like this. Just friendly advice.

    I'm also 2 completions away from 20 completions on a couple of raids but I have found that I can't turn them in either. This makes it impossible to do a raid again. I don't want to have to TR and lose my 20th completion lists on top of everything else, especially when there's no guarantee it would even fix these issues.

    If it is now considered lucky that using the free LR doesn't make the game completely unplayable then the game is in a sad state of affairs. Perhaps some characters were stuck on the ship, that doesn't lessen the severity of these issues nor does it make them anymore acceptable.

    This thread was set up purely to find out whether i was simply missing something and to find a solution if i wasn't. I cannot see any mention of these issues on the list of official known issues either.

    I tried opening a live in-game ticket but when I open my help window, the screen remains a black blank screen :/

    Generally you get no response on bug reports. That's what Turbine calls 'Support': closed tickets and unanswered bug reports. Try calling the support by phone tomorrow.

    Has anyone found a better solution for these bugs???
    I can't even do ADQ, Chrono, LoB and the new Lolth's Raid.
