Default Steam Migration Lost Account Upgrades

I have been a long-time player of DDO, since before the move to Steam. When I saw that it had come to one of my favorite platforms, I decided to get back into the game. I didn't expect my account to still be active. Lo and behold, I was still able to log in.

However, it seems that even though my account has been preserved, none of my characters, account upgrades, or content unlocks have remained. Is there a difference between the regular DDO client and the Steam one? If my characters, upgrades, etc. still exist, can they be recovered or migrated?

There shouldn't be any difference... Call CS (Turbine) wait on hold for however long and ask them for help. Your account is still with Turbine and all such problems should be handled through them, even though you access the game through Steam.

Welp, called CS, and I was absolutely stunned.

When I hung up, the call had lasted 5 minutes 4 seconds, including the time it took me to navigate the menus. Issue has been resolved, and I'm up and playing my Fighter again. =D

    Thanks, Dan!

edit: nevermind, problem solved. Leaving below for others that see thread:

There is no difference. In fact once it came on steam, I uninstalled, re-downloaded through steam and been using that since, no problems.

Did you check all the servers? If your unlocks were favor based, they are limited to a server (not to mention your characters).

Of course, DDO store bought items are unlocked on all servers.
