No they don't stack.
I'd prefer superior kinetic lore honestly, as with the new flexible shards greater evocation focus can be placed anywhere, along with a large guild augment slot item and another goody of your choice.

Still a nice item though.

I think it indicates that it's a rare double suffix.
EG: It has both the +2 evocation, and the efficient maximize.

Are you for real? this is common as muck item you find for sale at the vendors. also an impulse/superior kinetic lore sceptre be better. can get those on ah for 100k or less.

Ya, seriously, necro'd. This is common as muck now maybe, but I'm fairly certain at the time this was posted they weren't common per se, at least not yet. And that's how new stuff tends to go, it's really expensive early on. Sometimes it drops a lot, sometimes stays, sometimes even goes up (supply drops).

And yes.. The value of items does change rapidly in DDO. Especially when they do MAJOR updates to the lootgen system that massively improves the availability of high end treasure like U15 did.
