Ever since the expansion my girlfriend has been unable to log into DDO. She's running DDO on an Dell Inspirson 1525. Basically what happens is she is able to log in to the character selection screen, selects a character, then sometime during the loading process Windows says that DDO is no longer working/crashed. She was able to log in briefly a few days ago to run one quest on a low level character, but crashed in the same manner when attempting to enter the marketplace. Her video, audio, and network drivers have been updated, but it does not appear to have resolved the problem.

Any thoughts?
