quick question I can't seem to drag chord of disruption onto any hotbar?

(Yes I have the prereq 1 point into Siren's song, Yes Fate singer is my active destiny).

Does it just automatically go off after Siren's song has been used or?

Can I still use Siren's song on red names even if it doesn't mez them?

Will Chord of Disruption still impact the red name then or?

Sorry if asking anything blatantly obvious not trying to troll I did try looking on wiki & search the forums 1st!

Chord of disruption is passive, and just adds to your siren's song functionality. So you only need to have siren song mapped, and chord of disruption will automatically happen to your target when the song expires.

As far as working on red names, I don't know for sure. On beta, they specifically said it should not work on red names, but I don't know if that has been changed for live or not (bound fate does work on red names that aren't immune to curse effects). I haven't tried that ability out on live on any of my bards just yet.
