Not in game atm obviously and might need to rethink my wizard's build. Right now I have 3 wiz, 3 fvs PLs and am an elf with all spell pen enhancements and 2 spell pen feats. I wanted to max out my spell pen form twists and my final feat but if my spell pen will pass even on all epic elites then I won't bother.

I've run mostly epic hard with a few epic elite mixed in and haven't seen a blue shield of spell pen failure thus far on the drow so I haven't bothered to check combat logs. Does anyone know what the highest SR of the epic elite drow is?


I don't want a "good enough" spell pen either. It's all or nothing for me.
