Default Please don't jump to conclusions when play with korean user.

These video clip represent the accident in september 2011[2011.08.27 but they descript as september on second video]

    original video - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Nyw1aCbgm8g

aftermath(some bus driver reject black passenger) & parody about this case by another foreigner who stay at southkorea - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a-21pZfzeGI

One of Korean word which one mean 'you' or 'yours' exactly sound like 'ni' 'ner' 'nae' 'nega' and 'niga'(Last word occur situation like this on the youtube video, link1)
'catch' 'get' pronounce 'jap da' 'jap a' 'ut da' etc...
These both word exactly same pronounce as 'bad word'

This is the why I avoid foreign user when already group with korean user.
The exception is who can speak korean fluently like 'blackruby' - one of gods and generals member.
At least he know what we talk and low chance of misunderstood...

    * seriously who report 'kansonae' and let him get 3days ban? he didn't speak any racism or aggressive word.

I was just running with a group of Korean players today and was wondering what those words meant they typed out. Never thought of them as bad though. Good successful group, that's all I care about. They even knew enough English to understand my typing just fine (and I didn't have to have my headset on, which was a nice break).

If it was just a misunderstanding due to a language barrier, then that is really unfortunate.
These issues are hopefully investigated by officials with expert knowledge in both cultures/languages involved.

In ddo Ive always felt we do speak a common language. In any language, a group of people standing just inside the shroud or just feet from the next portal are basicly asking for buffs.

The real world is a different story. Misunderstandings involving someones over inflated ego or warped code of respect need to be handled on a case by case basis.

I really think someone should have stepped up and translated for those 2. Most of the time this stuff is avoidable and really there is nothing to be gained from fighting when your life is not in danger. Well trained fighters dont swing on anyone they are 100% sure they can beat first. You can gain more respect by the fact that you can hurt someone but choose not to, rather than the other way around.

Much love for our korean, french, spanish, other flavors of asian and other players in DDO.

Except maybe Canadians...........they dont lock there doors, thats just plain creepy aye.

Hey, the more Koreans playing DDO, the less Koreans kicking my ass in Starcraft 2! I support this!

When in doubt just use this handy mat.

kansonae was banned for typing "ut da niga"?

wow, haven't words for that, the one complaining about it might be simply some ******** person, imo the problem is that looks like the GM deciding it's a reason to ban him is not any better
