Default Expirienced lag? -make a bug report.

DDO is realy slowly becoming unplayable game.
We have now year 2012, and yet we are playing game that is many times unplayable becouse server lag.
And i dont know why you guys dont want to admit it.
Game is full of players complaining about lag spikes.
When whole harbor is frozen and cant move it is possible to survive,
When same thing happens in quest it is a serious problem.
I know that you in turbine have long term police of denying existence of lag.
There is no way to subimit a server lag spike,
there is no option for it in ticket title or bug repor. SERVER LAG SPIKE.
If you send a ticket, you are send back and forward to turbine support, when they are starting to check your dxdiag (to blame graphic lag), then they are suggesting that you should check you internet connection (which is completly fine with short ping, and 0% of lost packages)...
    REALY?

Not even single "sorry for troubles in game it is our fault"
    Not even once!

And i was submiting bug reports, sending tickets many times when WHOLE raid group was laging

You can ban me for that, delete post or whatever but here is the hard thuth for you dear Trubine tech support:
    Check your brain connection.
Make an account in game not on frikin pre-alpha test servers and start playing it. We will see how will you feel about lag spikes.
How can i convince you and prove to you that you have server lag problem?
Do you even admit that problem?
Do i need to make a video and post it on youtube how DDO play is REALY looking?

Master Artificer boss fight when trash spawns...
Velah fire breaths escapes when ppl CAN'T move...
And many other quests and raids when you can't move, can't use your clicky, cant do ANYTHING.

I dont know what is a problem cozing your lag, is it your server crapy upload speed, or is it your server crapy computing power, or is it your server crapy download ability.
We have 2012 so blaming crapy source code of DDO is no excuse when to increase game performance you just need only to improve your servers and you can do it much cheaper then a few years ago. Possibly much cheaper then redoing DDO source code.

But as for now the only answer we got from you is total ignoration of the problem.
"there is no lag in ddo"
And yes, im realy angry after another HUGE server lag spike in harbor, so i realy dont care what you will do to my account or this post.
One is sure whatever you will do, it will not FIX THE LAG.

I ask for evryone who is/was/will be annoyed by lag, to simply fill a bug report.
Turbine deny and fear to use word Server Lag, so can we.

Can't move, can't use clicky - it is an ingame bug (clearly not a server lag by turbine tech suport standards).

    So... lag makes WB/Turbine happy?

Also, [insert usual forum 'the lag you are having is your fault' reply here]

    Default lag

Oh, well I have my graphics set so low now, but still at native screen resolution 1920x1080. I have tried everything and cannot get rid of lag. I have my Windows 7 installation so tuned over the past weeks, that one would think its setup just for DDO. I have all absolutely non essential services turned off. I have 8 Gig of RAM and so even have my swap partition disabled and run everything in RAM, and never even get close to 4 gig used. I have every setting in the client set for performance, all combat logs turned off, all graphics settings set at the lowest possible for performance. I have tested messing with the frame rate, it does not do anything for the lag, even at the lowest possible setting. I have tested every bandwidth setting in the DDO troubleshooting menu, and none of them help seem to only make it worse.

My graphics settings are so low now, that my GPU fan does not even come on anymore, period. I have monitored perfmon for CPU, Network and HD spikes during lag sessions....nothing.

But the lag keeps coming. And, I have noticed some very interesting things about the lag trend:

    1. Many times I lag really bad for the 1st 30 minutes of play, it then seems to get better for some time, then goes bad again. It is not fixed cyclical time, but semi random.

    2. My connection is slow (I am in Asia) but it is stable. It sits at a solid 350-380ms latency, which is much less than I had when I played from China years ago (550-700ms). Yet, it is much more lag today then back then.

    3. Sometimes if lag is really bad, and I log in/out it disappears upon log in. Sometimes its worse after log in.

    4. I notice it to be worse on FVS than other classes. And I notice many times as I approach a stack of mobs when the aura hits.....a lag spike......

    5. Just yesterday I noticed, when each and every buff was running out, exactly when it hit 0:00, a lag spike. This happened for every single buff....once I started watching after I noticed it. Same with Poison and debuffs. I am surprised I never noticed this before but never really paid attention to what happens when buffs run out.

    6. The lag was considerably worse after the "physics engine" update that they did sometime before U14, particularly on FVS.

    7. Movement lag feels like latency, when I turn and the client turns, but then rubber bands back. But when I look at my network latency it is no different than normal, yet this happens a LOT, sometimes cannot even move in a quest. It spikes when people open chests, at at certain spots at the same completion part in quests. This leads me to believe it has nothing to do with the client.

I would just like to see these issues diminished. I don't expect to be perfect 100% of the time. But it could be much better, because it has been much better in the past. And the game would be so much more enjoyable if these issues were diminished. At present I log out many times because I just get irritated with the lag, it becomes completely frustrating and not fun to play when everything looks like a power point slide show.

Well yesterday I was with some guildies when I started lagging more than usual. It got to the point I couldn't even move, but I saw my guildies running around and fighting mobs. So it was not an internet break, I was receiving and watching realtime in-game events. One of them told me that lag was because I had exchanged toons before, and hence the breaks. I did not believe but as he had more experience than me, I tried doing what he said.

I restarted DDO but the lagging was still there. Then he tells me that I needed to restart my computer, not only DDO. At this point I was sure that wouldn't help, but I did it. No surprise, even after restarting computer, huge lag still was going on.

So here is one more case of critical lag. I was playing on my rogue xbow master mechanic; altough I don't feel the same problems when playing on my cleric.
