UI Issue: Unable to easily see Active Shortcut Bars

I love the new graphic designs except for one aspect. It is nearly impossible to tell from quick glance to see which shortcut bar is currently active. Can either the shortcut bar background color be changed to indicate which is active or the border made a more noticeable color or at the very least, the number if the bar change to a color like green.

While they don't change anything, try this:

Lock the toolbars. Current active toolbar has a locker icon on it. The others have nothing, so it should be easy to see wich one is active.
