As it is now, you can only submit tickets/receive in game support if you are VIP or have bought points within the last 45 days.

I've dropped around $400-$500 on this game (perhaps not that much to some, but it is quite a bit to me considering I rarely pay over $50 for most games), but because I haven't bought points recently I can't get in game help? Seems a bit silly to me.

"Just become VIP, they need perks too!" Which they do. Maybe I'm crazy for believing customer service should be universal. Either way, there's no way I'm going to pay 20 bucks per month for customer service alone. I'm also not fond of the idea of paying $5 every month and a half. A one time fee would seem much more convenient to me.

With the amount of bugs I run into, especially with that horrendous physics engine, it is extremely frustrating to have to restart quests that I'm already 30 minutes or more in progress.
