Natural AC - PRR?

Suggest Natural AC provides PRR instead of adding to AC. This gives robe wearing characters a way to gain PRR.

By the way, is this new AC system finalized, or are we still beta testing it?

I'd rather have it continue to offer actual AC so that it's easier to get into the band of meaningful AC ranges with more sorts of character now that the band is wider.

They can always add new sources of PRR, they don't have to take any more of the old sources of AC away.

My second favorite character lost 10 AC and I was happy about it, until I saw that Development had committed to scrapping d20 combat.

Natural Armor could add its normal bonus to AC and 3x that to PRR or something like that maybe only 2x.
