help with monk at lvl 13

have a monk in static that is a bit less then i want him to be.
hes a h-elf light dps with stats: 15 15 16 10 12 8 or close to that at start have decent first life gear(i think)

looking for a bit better platform dps or dps with a/c willing to multi-class and use +x LR/GR, or even race change if needed


have a fvs healer, a pally, and a fighter in group so tanking isnt needed so dps for me is paramount.

oh and if anyone has figured how to max dodge without using water stance would be helpful

12/7/1 Monk Rogue Fighter is a good DPS build but you lose some of the nicer monk abilities like Void IV and Quivering Palm.

Honestly it sounds like your biggest problem is that your light monk. Personally I find Dark Monk to be more of my playstyle with 25% bonus to incorporeality miss chance coupled with 3d6 extra sneak attack dice and Touch of Death that triple hits for 1500.

The starting stats and race look good. Would suggest Cleric Dilletante and dropped con to 14 with 15 wisdom. If staying pure a lower strength and higher wisdom with level ups in wisdom will lead to consistent kills with QP and All is Nothing grandmaster epic destiny.

Check the ddowiki.com for information on ToD. It is dark specific but you need Ninja Spy 1 and all 4 elemental resistance debuffers before it becomes available at level 9.
