Pretty sure both effects are available on shields, pretty sure elemental is a prefix and superior parrying is a suffix. Neither have a plus higher to preclude the other from happening.

Pretty sure you should stop posting about things you know nothing about.

LeLoric, until you find someone who can craft that for you, you can always go after the shield in The Lords of Dust, the Templar's Bulwark. Its a stacking +5 resist to every element except sonic and it does lack the parrying. Not exactly the same thing, but its pretty nice all things considered.

Noone can craft the shield i want its a random drop combo only. And templars wont work as i need a heavy shield.
