If you're working on what I'm working on, this list may help out a bit. Otherwise, I may be able to craft something for you, but I'll have to check the levels on unbound shards.

There are no Sonic suffixes (as far as I've looked), but there is a new weapon property called "Pandemonium" (Prefix). Pandemonium is: Screaming, Thundering and Roaring all on the same prefix enchantment. I think that, or one of the named weapons below will be your best bet. Best place I've found for Pandemonium weapons is either the AH, or the weapon vendor in Eveningstar.

All "DPS" weapons with sonic properties:
(Thundering, Roaring, Improved Roaring, Screaming, I left out items below level 8)

Hammer of the Leaden Clouds

Thanks for the great post...appreciate the assistance. I will take a look at Pandemonium. I was mainly looking for the Cacophony as the "lightning strike" of sonic to capitalize on the Harmonic Resonance.

Get a Blasting Chime or something with Cacophonic Guard. Same damage but a very high proc rate compared to other guards (20%)
It's not a weapon but still a very good source of sonic damage.

I mean to add that to my sonic weapon Fatesinger sonic buffs are just to dang good to pass up...

I'd say that your best shot is at the new challanges. I just got this +6 Heirloom Cormyrian Kopesh with screaming, cacophony, stunning +10 and good luck +1. I'm pretty sure it comes in falchion as well, but the problem is that they are BTC, so might take a while to farm
