Default Allow Disco Ball in public areas

On Sarlona it is customary to /dance near a quest entrance while waiting for a player or two to arrive. To get a dance party REALLY started, though, you need music and a disco ball! Disco ball isn't allowed in public areas. :*( I propose to allow Otto's Sphere of Dancing to be used in public areas, for the good of all dancers everywhere!

Its fun until some caster with nothing better to do casts 3 or more in the area and then its griefing.

During the devil invasion we were allowed to cast offensive spell ( meteo swarm, rays of whatever) in public areas.

You cant imagine how loud a meteor swarm can be when 2 casters are launching them at ppl just trying to level up at the trainer.

Your trying to pick a feat then........ BOOM! BOOM! BOOM! BOOOOOM!

    /disagree sadly

Also it is not "customary" to dance near quest entrances.

However if you want people to dance, call up a genie and tell them to click on it.

I can already foresee the marketplace filled with disco balls.

However, it would be nice if we had some cantrips (dancing lights or ghost sound for instance) that were public area only character animations that provided more subdued graphics/sounds but were interesting flavor animations.

Melee types could get flex or weapon brandish animations. Agile types could get tumbling animations. And so on.

I'd like to see an animation for each different class and race ideally. Add some variety to the current dance animations.
