A 4% dodge bonus - capped by your armor's MDB - is a joke.

Please at least add back the 4 AC in addition to the dodge bonus.

I still like +8% and +4% to max dodge. I'd settle for +4 AC, +4% dodge, and +4% to max dodge.

Guaranteeing the bonus by bypassing the dodge cap guarantees the ability is useful. If the tanks already have the gear / feats to cap dodge in their armor the highest level bard combat song in heroic levels becomes very useless.
