Help with a newbie (sort of) build - SD

Hi there, I have been gone for a LONG time, and just recently coming back to the game. It has changed, a LOT! I need some help as to where I should be focusing my build as a Stalwart Defender Fighter. I have loads of tanking experience from other MMOs, and I do know that this one is different in that aspect, but I LOVE tanking so I would like to give it a go in this game. And help for a newbie (sort of) tank would be appreciated!

Bear in mind I haven't processed all the changes in U14 to AC, PRR, etc. and I haven't updated my build in a while. That said, have a look at my Sentinel Squire and Valenar Vanguard for two examples of newbie-friendly tank builds. [The latter is more of a gimpy flavor build, athough the nerf to Displacement means having it by lvl 6 makes it that much nicer of a perk.]
